    I forgot, the tonebars are sitka from Bruce Harvie. I got nice sitka billet for bars years ago and virtually all my mandolins from #7 have bars from the same billet.
    I must get some speakers to listen to the video. I listened it back when the thread was fresh on this laptop but these builtin speakers are crap. Kemnitzer and Gilchrist have been my heros mandolin builders by a long shot ever since I started playing so I feel kinda honored. :-)
    I wouldn't have played your mandolin with these top dogs if it didn't deserve to be in the mix Adrian! You build top quality stuff and it shows in your work. Keep on putting out some beautiful work, we love to see it.

    Also, I think we can all agree that Mike K. and Gilchrist are heroes of ours as well.

    Just saw this video for the first time today. As owner of Hogan #7, it’s nice to see Adrian getting well deserved props. Thanks for doing this comparison video, it is well done and the Mandolins are well played! Great stuff.
