    I have a 2002 Gibson F5-L Fern that, for some reason, has a slightly olive-green hue when you look at it in direct “bright” sunlight. Any

    Are they using waterbase products on the Newer Mandolins?

    Im going to guess it had recieved to much yellow toner in the mixing formula. And if there was white in the formula , that will milk it out. Thats where you get a greeny tone.

    My late father would tell you to stay out of direct "bright" sunlight....
