Can anyone recommend a really comprehensive Bluegrass/Newgrass book that has lots of right hand technique, uses scores (or tabs + scores) and isn't dumbed down? I'm a fiddler picking up mandolin again after 30 years. I can read most things straight off in treble clef. Left hand tunes are OK (apart from mando specific techniques), but I need to get my picking and chords working. I have Mike Marshall's two Mandolin Fundamentals DVDs, but paper (with or without CD/DVD) works best for me.

Thanks, Max
