Default Old-Time/String Band/Bluegrass-ish Jam in Myrtle Beach

It's hard finding acoustic old-time/folk/bluegrass/Americana nerds in the Myrtle Beach, SC area, but I've finally put a small group together. If you are in the area and interested in jamming let me know. We get together once a month at a local State Park - outside venue so keeping social distance (especially from the banjo player) isn't a problem and we keep the group size small. You won't find the OT or BG police here, no citations will be issued if you don't play it exactly like Henry Reed, John Hartford or Bill Monroe. I'm not going to lie, one time we might have played a Dylan song, but don't worry it was from around '61. I send out a monthly newsletter, message me your address if you are interested or find us on FB https://www.facebook.com/LongBayFolkSociety

We are still here picking and grinning a hybrid mix of OT/BG (depending on who shows up) in Myrtle Beach, SC. Keep us in mind when you pass through and tell your nearby friends. We tend to gather the 2nd Sunday of every month at a local state park.
