Default ever have a day like this (no mandolin content)

if a mandolin had been available there may have been permanent damage , not sure what the outcome would have been. i can't fully make out some of the language accent so be aware of that, not sure if its slang or other.

Question - is this a bad teacher or a bad student? Bit of both, I think. Teacher is definitely off his game, but student is helping much.

Oh, lawdy! Yes, I have had a day like this -plenty - though I'd blocked those memories long ago. Man, am I ever glad that band broke up!

(Note sly insertion of requisite if vague mandolin content)
But that's just my opinion. I could be wrong. - Dennis Miller

Not Karate the label at the start of the video said BJJ -- Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. But if so the belt colors make this whole thing appear to me to be a setup. 1. The Uke is a black belt, so he clearly knows how to behave when a throw is being demoed and 2. the "instructor" in this case is not a black belt -- very improbable.

When not playing mando I spend a lot of time in the dojo

Would you say opinion in the dojo was that either of these guys had been in a lot of fights (any style)?
