    Not enough tunes about modern day outlaws. Someone had to do something about that. There is some mandolin in there, but you'll have to dig for it.

    Excellent song. And I’d course whereas Jesse James or Ned Kelly could be seen to be on the side of good, madiff cant. I liked it a great deal.

    Right? Those two at least had a public perception of stealing from the rich and giving to the poor. Madoff stole from or conned the rich and gave to ... himself. Without that side to him, that redemptive behavior, Madoff lacks the potential for his character to be transformed into something heroic. Even so, there are a lot of good insights here.

    BTW, this isn't your first post - but your first thread. And the mandolin comes in at the 2:38 mark.
