Thoughts on how much an 87 Flatiron A5 Artist, signed by Steve Carlson might be worth? Excellent condition, missing tailpiece (if I dont find it?)

Post some pics if you have some , hope you can locate the tailpiece. I'm following to see what folks say about value.
"The Flatiron" '83 A5-2 Steve Carlsons
"wires an wood...man that's good!"
Well, I have a 1984 A5-1 Flatiron, Carlson-signed, in very fine condition. I paid $2,500 for it a couple of years ago, have since souped it up with EVO frets, a Bruce Weber trad bridge, a bone nut and a James t/p. It's a hoss.
Checking on Reverb - Lark Street sold one similar in the last year for $1995. (If you do a search on Reverb, you can filter by sold items.)
