    Default Removing Northfield Pickguard

I’d like to remove the abbreviated pick guard from my Northfield F5S. It looks like it is simply a matter of removing the screws holding it in place, but I don’t want to inadvertently damage anything. Is it really that simple and am I overthinking it?

    Question Re: Removing Northfield Pickguard

I had one installed on my Mix A5, the instrument tech used some thin long screws..

Yup it's that simple and you may be over thinking it. Just be careful not to slip and gouge with the screwdriver. I take mine off and put it back on occasionally.

Yup, it's owner DIY, just don't scratch up the top playing without a PG. It's a tougher resale when the time comes imho.
