Default Forum display incorrect - Is it my PC?

I'm having some problems on my new computer. GRRRRRR.
Starting last night, the display for the forum is not correct, all the graphics are missing at the top. Other pages, home page, classified, look okay. I'm trying to verify that this is yet another issue with this machine, so if you could verify that all is copacetic with the forum, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Not a problem with your computer. It's a problem that you probably got to the Forum through a search that picked up the mobile version and once you do that it sticks with it as instructed.

Scroll to the very bottom of any Forum page

Click "Full Site" in the middle of the page

Hmm. Thinking that's not it. I shifted back and forth from the mobile to full version and it didn't solve the problem. Unless you have any other idea, I'm going to assume it's this @#$%^ laptop. Thanks

Trying holding down your shift key while hitting refresh at least once or twice. Appears some of the files that create the page are not getting to your hard drive which would cause that. When the shift key is held down and you hit refresh it's called a hard or forced refresh which instructs the web browser to reload all current files needed to create a web page... which by the time you look at it is sitting on your hard drive.
