Default What can you share about Carla Senese?

I am not having great luck learning about mandolinist Carla Senese. She does have a Facebook page but it is not very helpful. I've seen a very small number of videos of her and quite enjoyed them. Thank you for any info you might share.

After a very quick search, looks like she is a member of the MelisMandolin Quartet. On Facebook. Playing mandola here:

Carla and I are actually Facebook friends....or were as I've hardly been on FB in the last 5+ years. Or more. We used to trade greetings and notes now and then.
I have another friend named Carla Senese (from NJ, who's not a mandolin player) and I got a bit confused which is how I wound up in communication with Carla the mandolinista. Wonderful player. Would be fun if she'd stop by the MC.

Mick - that was a pretty neat reply! Thank you. She seems to be very talented and the very few videos I located were great! August Watters mentioned her once in reference to hearing Calace mandolins. That made me curious. Perhaps she is less known outside of Italy. It would be nice to know if she has done some recording!
