I guess it depends on what you’re looking for and how far you’re willing to travel. I’m in Chester County a couple hours east of you, but these are some of the places I’ve shopped.
Vintage Instruments in Philadelphia usually has a nice assortment of vintage Gibsons, Martins, bowlbacks, and some new Collings models among a lot of other instruments.
Bucks County Folk Music Shop carries some Eastman and Kentucky and sometimes some cool used instruments.
Melodee Music in Sterling,VA has a nice range of instruments from Eastman through Weber and others in between.
Todaro’s in Landsdowne,PA carries a lot of unique mandolin family and world instruments.
Anyone of the somewhat local GC’s(Plymouth Meeting, Allentown, Lancaster, Wilmington, DE) carry a few Kentuckys, The Loar, and an occasional vintage instrument.
I haven’t been to the Bluegrass Shoppe in Catonsville, MD, but it’s on my list of places to shop.
Happy hunting!
On the higher end is Bluett Brothers in York.
