Default Recordings on mandolin of Biber's Passacaglia

    Folks,

Know of any recordings on mandolin of Biber's Passacaglia from the Rosary Sonatas?

    Thanks.

    Joe

I don't, but I printed a facsimile of the score just to remind myself that I'm an amateur musician at best.

So far, no - and I've read through it to know that certainly am not in any position to record it yet, if ever.

Not a recording, but a YT video by Kozo Onishi, who is a well-known player in Japan:
    Robert A. Margo

His choices for where to apply tremolo were interesting: sometimes effective, sometimes strained or awkward. Still, an interesting and valiant effort.
