I think it's really beautiful too. I'm wondering how much lighting, camera, etc go into this one. I looks different from any Collings blond that I've seen. Maybe the torrification darkens the wood? Will find out more if they do a video I guess.

The torrification darkens the color. TME has a used sunburst with waverlies, Birdseye, and a pick guard. Not on the website yet. Great mandolin, from the Namm show a few years back. These are hard to get. I don’t think Collings has any of the wood right now.

i called it blonde, but its probably considered natural??
the main thing, i want to hear it........i'd say in a day or two James will post something, he's pretty fast on getting the videos up on screen for all of us.

It will be sold by then. Things are selling at a pretty fast pace. There is tint on there also. Collings no longer does blonde or natural. It’s considered amber.
