    Default latest Ludewig 2 point

This one left this afternoon for Olympia, WA. Sorry the pictures aren't better. This is the first 2 pt. ff-hole I've made. Red spruce, red maple. It sounds just fine.

I have my first 2 pt. ff-hole mandolin in progress "as we speak"! (red spruce sugar maple). Guess we won't get to compare them...

Well, John, that's going to have to wait for another day. Maybe we can get our customers together. On the other hand, you and I need to sit down and compare some notes...

Good excuse for a builder's summit / sailing trip off the Washington coast this fall!

What a nice mandolin, Dale! Love the back flame. What frets did you use?

Hello everyone, I am the lucky owner of this mandolin. It is really a great mandolin and Dale did a really good job. Heres a video of how it sounds: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eZDqTZ6w5JM
