The Hiscox case might work, hopefully someone will chime in.

Both the Calton (fiberglass) and Hoffee (carbon fiber) cases will handle a left- or right-handed F5-style mandolin. However, these are very expensive cases, and not typically used for a budget mandolin like an Eastman MD315. For your mandolin, I would recommend a hard foam case, instead, rather than a hardshell one. These are lightweight, provide excellent protection, and they cost less than $100. Look for cases by Gator, Guardian, etc. Also, you can contact up the folks at Elderly Instruments or The Mandolin Store and ask them about lefty cases -- they are extremely helpful.

My Calton would take a lefty but that's a lot of money. I have an older Breedlove case that might but I'm not sure if the body size be right. My suggestion would be to contact Eastman and see if they will sell you a left handed case.

In giving this some more thought I'd suggest just contacting Dennis at The Mandolin Store and asking if he could order one from Eastman.

Then there is this. Reading the comments someone has stated they put an F style in it and it appears to be a mirror image on each side.
