Could be a Peek or casein...

It looks to me like my EML casein pick.

Yup, it probably is an EML casein. The EML website shows that all picks are out of stock and also says that Eric will be away until July 3, but that notification is dated June 21, so that notification might be from last year. Hmm?
Thanks for the help!

I have a similar looking Casein pick made by Apollo Picks
Looks exactly like my EML casein pick.
How about water buffalo horn? I got a couple of similar looking ones to try with an order of bone nut and bridge blanks. The ones I got were kind of thick and a little dull in tone. If horn, it should have a distinctive smell when filed (or set on fire!).

Looks like a casein pick from Charmed Life picks. Have a few from them. Nice picks.

I just noticed this thread. There was a similar pick in the pocket of the case with my new (to me) A-4. Most were garden variety, but there was a Golden Gate triangular, similar to this shape, a black Dunlop 1mm (that and Fender extra heavy were what I started out with eons go, so that was kick to see), and something like this. Not sure if it's the same, because it doesn't have that deep a bevel. I'll have to revisit it now, with a bit more insight acquired. Thanks!
But that's just my opinion. I could be wrong. - Dennis Miller

Looks like a casein pick, the color is like a Buffalo horn pick, but they’re rarely polished to perfection like that.

Mystery solved. After pheffernan suggested it was an EML pick I searched my old emails and found one from Eric of EML Picks when I purchased 2 Peek picks. He included the casein pick shown in my photo at no extra charge! What a guy! Too bad that it appears his site has been inactive for quite awhile. Thanks to all!
