Heres some picking:

They look and sound very nice. Nice playing too!
I notice that one has a long fretboard extension, and the other is shorter. Also the tailpieces are different on both.

Very Nice! Did you build these fine instruments? Another name out there that has it going on. The fine mandolins being built today are truly amazing!

Appear to be made in Slovakia. The builder's Facebook page.

They are, indeed, made in Slovakia. I've never bought an instrument from Peter Hlavaty, but I did buy one of his yoke-style guitar capos after reading about them on the Martin forums. It's a well-made piece of kit - I'm sure it's nowhere near as good as an Elliott-Mckinney, but it was only a quarter of the price, and is really sturdily built!
Can't comment on his Mandolins, as this is the first time I've heard one played on video, but they certainly look and sound nice in the youtube clips posted by the OP.

The First one sounds really good. Big sound and almost looks like a bigger body (like a Big Mon). Pity about having the fingerboard extension, being a new build. Serves no purpose, but , that aside, very impressive.

Today's the first I have heard of this builder, very impressive and consistent, throughout the several I looked up online. So much talent in the mandolin community.
