Eventbrite course on music production for beginners

I just found out about this free course on music recording and production. It is taught via Eventbrite and the classes are done via the internet. Starts tomorrow (July 8). See details here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/the-art...083?keep_tld=1

I signed up for it and hope to learn how to tap more of the features in the software I sometimes use for recording (Audacity, which is open source). The course looks like it will be far more than I need or want but heck, I don't mind being a dropout if it gets too deep.

The timing looks like it is not terribly convenient unless you are retired (or are willing to skip supper if you live in the Eastern US).
