I don't recognize the brand name, but it looks very similar to my first mandolin, which I bought new around 1980. These were very inexpensive student level mandolins. Mine cost about $40. I'm afraid it self-destructed about 18 months after I bought it.
In those days, we used to see dozens of different brand names on this model Korean mandolin. They were built in the same factory, and the wholesalers labelled them with whatever name suited their needs.

That has a very suspicious similarity to the saddest ukulele I ever bought. The unique pear shape, coloring, and f-holes look the same, as do the various bits of hardware. Not saying it's a sad mandolin, hopefully you like it!
So for a good period in the past, Korea was a dominant mass producer of mandolins in big factories. Their product was often branded for many different companies. The good news was they were inexpensive, the bad news was they were not the best built instruments in the world but, with care, you can certainly learn to play on one and enjoy it.
Like with all inexpensive mandolins imported from overseas a good set up locally (and periodic set up revisiting) is a good idea. With no truss rod, be mindful if your action shifts (distance from strings to fret). Think of it like getting your car tuned up or checked out every few years.
Welcome to the Cafe and I hope you enjoy your mandolin.

There are two things to aim at in life: first, to get what you want; and, after that, to enjoy it. Only the wisest of mankind achieve the second. Logan Pearsall Smith, 1865 - 1946

Looks like another relative of those shown on the long-running "Key brand" thread.
Must have been multi-thousands of these made...
