Hi,
That really was great. Thanks for posting.
Regards,
Thanks, Alan. You made my day.
Great morning thus far-great video!
Whoa - I've only ever dreamed about a chance to see how it's done!

This is like the holy grail of awesomeness
I love David M.'s playing, the way he sticks to the bluegrass straight-and-narrow. And there can't be many Loars as good as his.
This is great!
Ocean Blvd - Funky Jazz (https://oceanblvd.band)
Cosmic Ramblers - Bluegrass, Americana (facebook.com/cosmicramblers)
HotQua String Band - Gypsy Swing, Latin Bluegrass
Main Mandos: Nashville Flatiron A5 Artist, Belmuse 4 string electric
I could sit and watch this for hours on end. That was awesome.

Folks, that is why I became interested in Bluegrass and mandolin!
It’s the “learning” as much as the “doing”. Watching really amazing musicians do exactly the same “Where do you want me to do what?” band protocols?
I’d have to say, for the most part, it’s pretty much just like the way band practice that “My” band used to! Too bad we didn’t do that more!

That is so cool on so many levels. Very candid. And seeing and hearing TR be so excited about playing “grass”, so cool!
What a great fly on the wall recording!
The tone that David M pulls from that Loar is unbelievable.
But Amsterdam was always good for grieving
And London never fails to leave me blue
And Paris never was my kinda town
So I walked around with the Ft. Worth Blues
So clean, and nothing fancy, just solid Monroe licks mostly in first position, at least in the ones I’ve watched. Makes it look so easy. Love it.
They just posted some more today.
