    Default Cumberland Acoustics Bridge

I have a 520vs The Loar that I acquired used from a neighbor. He wanted to sell it cheap do to the fact he didnít like the sound. It sounded more like a shoebox than a mandolin, just dead sounding with a rattle here and there. I shipped it to Steve at Cumberland Acoustics for a new bridge, new nut and complete setup. My wife and I,along with our daughter, drove the 90 miles down to Hendersonville and picked it up this morning.. All I can say is WOW!! I canít put it down. If I didnít know better Iíd swear he switched mandolins! I highly recommend his work. Also, you couldnít ask to meet a nicer guy. The wife and daughter were really pleased to meet Steve as well. A truly great person and has some good stories to tell. Thanks for your help Steve and Iíll let you know when she finds that Unicorn!!
