    Default A new mandola

A newly strung up mandola, 16.5" scale made from spruce and Australian blackwood. An audio sample and I apologise for my playing.

Beautiful, elegant instrument, Graham, and with loads of sustain - that last chord really rings out!

Absolutely lovely tone there. And ‘Australian Blackwood’ is such a great name!

No need to apologize for your playing! A luthier playing his own instrument seems perfect to me. Amazing tone and resonance.
