Default Ceòl aig Baile. New Traditional Music on BBC Alba

    Hi,

New BBC Alba music program Ceòl aig Baile aired last week. Not any mandolins sighted, although I did sight our own Dagger Gordon watching on. First of a series of four I believe, so we live in hope.

In any case it was filmed in idyllic setting (and weather!), so worth watching. Some lovely fiddle music and should be available on BBC website.

    Regards,

Yes, I haven't watched it yet, but it was a lovely afternoon of music. All of the musicians are from around Inverness.
Incidentally, no mandolins, but Eamonn Doorley (Julie's husband) is playing a Sobell bouzouki.
