Default Niice Banjo-Mandolin Find.. No Maker Name???

Recently purchased from private party who inherited this but no use for. They said it used to be played in a traveling string band of some sort.
It's quite finely crafted with top grade materials..it seems...but I don't see any maker name anywhere..just on the skin.. Anyone know or any pointers much appreciated...<Removed by Moderator>
    Thanks...

It is nice enough that someone here will recognize it; if that fails, try banjohangout as that part may be more characteristic. Also look or feel around all four sides of the stick inside the drum, trademark may be stamped in the wood, and stick may have been rotated in a repair.

The hardware and dowel look a lot like a 1930's Wm Stahl banjolin I got a few years back from a friend. Stahl was a music teacher and instrument seller in Chicago. Like many at the time, they sold instruments made by others under their own name.

Look very closely at the dowel rod. Mine has "Wm C Stahl" embossed in the wood at one end.
