Default Looking for info on Pomeroy #39

Hi all, I recently acquired a Pomeroy F5 #39 built in 2003. After a new nut, bridge and setup it is out of this world - plays great, loud, superb tone, overall an excellent bluegrass machine. A few battle scars but that is part of the charm. Pomeroy mandos punch way above their weight in my opinion.

Anyone out there owned this mando before? Looking for some history on it.

    Thanks!

Just spoke with Don Paine today regarding my #39. What a great guy, called me back, answered all my questions, and we had a really great chat about all things mando. I would still like to connect with previous owners of this mando.m - please reach out if you see this. I cannot say enough good things about this Pomeroy mandolins - this one is definitely a lifer.
