Thread: Higher fret access.

    Default Higher fret access.

Hello everyone. This a question mostly for bowlback players. Since many bowlback mandolins have 24-29 to frets, I was wondering how accesible those frets really are, compared for example to an old Gibson oval with a 12 neck joint. Avi Avital's mandolins also appear to have a 12 neck joint but they don't seem to limit his fret access.
