    Default Crossing No. 9

"The snow is falling cold and white
    On the southern Railroad Line,
The trains they don't blow no more....."

But Amsterdam was always good for grieving
And London never fails to leave me blue
And Paris never was my kinda town
So I walked around with the Ft. Worth Blues

So glad that Norman Blake is receiving the appreciation and respect that he so richly deserves. I picked up a lonely vinyl copy of "Directions" out of a "Deleted" record store bin many moons ago, and no other single recording (at least by an individual) has ever again struck me so hard, or encouraged me so much to follow music as a path worth pursuing.
Blake himself said it was his Masterpiece, and if you haven't heard it, you really must.
There is a guy on Youtube now named Patrik Lundgren (Under Flatpick Nation) who is learning and then teaching (for free) Blake's original music and has said his aim is to do every one. God Bless him, and I just might have to make a donation to his channel.
