    Ha ha ha! I think it's easier if you have someone like Jerry Douglas playing most of the leads, and all you have to do is keep flailing away.

    But seriously - you can maintain that tempo for that long if you keep loose and relaxed. Sounds counterintuitive but it works.

    OK, it helps to be a master musician, too. I think he's well past the 10,000 hour mark. And always - mind over matter.
