Continuing my electric education
For those of you that have played electric guitar and mandolin my questions may seem to you trite.
If you have not read my previous threads I am totally uninformed regarding electrics. I bought my first, a hot rodded cheap Asian, to play unplugged so as not to drive my wife crazy when learning a new tune and playing a new tune at nauseum. I plugged in and began having fun playing through my Fishman Loud Box Amp. MAS sets in and I buy Doug Dulak's last Mid Missouri EM8 solid body build. Then, unexpectantly a friend gave me a Line Pod 6 2.0 he no longer had use for.
QUESTION 1: Will a Mooer Pure Octave Pedal add to my electric experience being different from my LinePod 6 2.0 or is this an exercise in duplicity while only adding the benefit of pedal activation on and off.
QUISTION 2: Is this a tool I would use by itself or in combination with my LinePod 6?
I truly hope this question is not so elementary as to not warrant a serious response and I'm reasonably certain more questions will come.
Respectfully and please excuse my ignorance.
Bill
