Has anyone been to Kaufman Kamp recently? I went in 2008 and had a very good time. I’m wondering if it’s still top notch?
Thanks

I haven't, but I would bet that if Steve and Donna have anything to do with it, it will be a top of the line experience. In my experience, that is the only way they "roll"!
Definitely still top notch. Last year was 'interesting' with all the Covid protocols (early concerts...less jamming due to half capacity, interesting dining configurations)...but still excellent instruction, etc.
As good as ever as of 2019 when I taught there.
I went last year and I'm registered for Week 2 this year. Covid did have a noticeable effect on things last year, but I think Maryville College is pretty close to back to normal and I think it's going to be fantastic.
I'm going to Traditional Week this year for Hammered Dulcimer. It looks like things are pretty well opened up as far as Covid restrictions. I've only heard good things about Steve's Kamps.
Big time excellent! This will be year 12 for me. Wouldn't miss it for the world!

I have been facilitating jams at Steve's Kamp for the last several years. Great instructors, plenty of opportunities to jam. I will be there again this year, for both weeks. Like last year we will have a Carp Camp jam, as suggested by the illustrious Phil Vinyard.
