Default What happened to the automatic refresh?

It seems that if I want to see my latest responses, I have to hit the "refresh" icon instead of it automatically doing so. No big deal, just wondering.

Define "latest responses." Not sure what you're trying to point out. Please be more specific.

Same deal; when I look at a thread, then go back to the forum, the typeface of the thread's title used to go from bold to "non-bold" (if that's a term). Told me which threads I'd visited.

Now the typeface stays bold, until I hit the "refresh"; then the threads that I've visited in the forum are "un-bolded" (if that's a term). Happened just last week.

I think that's to what Charles E's referring.

I'm using Safari on an iMac, if that's relevant.

In case it helps, I am not getting this effect; the unboldfacing (if that's a term) does occur.

I'm using Chrome on a PC laptop.

Started following this since I have the same issue as Allen. It requires a manual refresh using Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge on my laptops to unbold. It's been doing it for quite a while.

I use a Mac and a PC and have the same problem on both.

I too have been aware of this for a few days now. I have just replied to a thread over on the SAW Group but the title stays in BOLD even after I press ENTER to register my comment. Not a serious problem. I am using Windows 10 and Firefox as my browser.

We have no inclination this is a problem either created or caused by the forum software. In fact, it sounds very much like localized caching issues we have no control over. It is not a problem experienced by everyone. Browsers and operating systems are updating continuously, and anyone who thinks these updates are flawless only need to do a cursory Google search.
