    Default Chord/melody playing - a zoom lesson

    A Fred Sokolow Zoom Class:
    CHORD/MELODY SOLOING ON MANDOLIN
    Monday, March 7th, 5PM PST
YOU CAN PLAY COMPLETE CHORD/MELODY SOLOS ON MANDOLIN…JUST LIKE ON A GUITAR OR PIANO. IT’S NOT A SINGLE-NOTE INSTRUMENT!
IN THIS 90-MINUTE SESSION, FRED SHOWS YOU HOW.
    NO POSTAGE, OF COURSE…
YOU’LL BE EMAILED THE TAB, BEFORE THE SESSION, AND THE VIDEO WILL BE EMAILED AFTER THE SESSION.
Besides learning chord solos for some great songs, you’ll get the tools you need to make up your own chord solos.
    • You’ll learn songs, and the chord shapes that go with them, in 5 keys: C, G, D, A, E and F.
    • You’ll learn the major scales that go with each key.
    • The arrangements all stay in the first 5 frets, using 1st and 2nd position chords.
    • You’ll be emailed the tab for the arrangements, before the session.
    • After the session, Fred will email you a video of the 90 minute class, so you can study it at your leisure...over and over…and play along with the chord solos.
    • You can ask questions as they come up…questions are encouraged!
    SONGS INCLUDE:
    MACK THE KNIFE – G
    LOVE ME TENDER – C
    NORWEGIAN WOOD – D
    THREE LITTLE BIRDS – A
    GREENSLEEVES – Am
    I AM A PILGRIM – E
