Mandolin Software Instruments

Does anyone know a source for a tolerable Mandolin Family set of software instruments that I could load into Garageband/Audacity?

I do a fair amount of arranging and send midi files off for folks to have as a reference, but the native ones in MuseScore are terrible.

Brad Laird and his son did a project this past winter digitizing his mandolin; his son did the programming and put together some music from the recorded tones. He talks about it in his podcast #200 here.

I emailed him back and forth about it a couple times. He's a pretty approachable guy.
