    Default Dumb Calton Question

Tried multiple searches, but couldn't find the answer to this -

Does the lid of a Calton mandolin case normally touch the bridge? My Brentrup is 4" deep (with Tonegard) and am wondering if it would fit comfortably or not.

    Thanks.

The inside of the top of my Calton does not touch the bridge of my Randy Wood F 5.

Nor does mine. I don't have a tone guard on tho, and my Calton is an older Canadian made.
