So, I can't directly load my m4a file to here?

We are not set up to host that extension so it can't be uploaded here. It would need to be converted to MP3 for us to host it, and then only up to around 19MB. There are free converters online but with all of those you want to be careful. Cloud Convert seems to be a stable option and one we've used with success.
