Very cheerful, like a walk in the park.
What is that microphone? Was it the only microphone used?
Always a joy to hear your stuff Diptanshu. Prajna's not bad either!
When did you acquire that Gibson?
You get such a great sound out of it.
Explorer : I do remember on a recent Dolinman video that Diptanshu confessed the visible mike wasn't working and they used phone mic audio. Probably not the case here though.

Thank you Bren! I acquired the Gibson used in 2010. Since then it has gone through major repairs (neck reset, new fretboard, back repair, bridge changes) mostly due to our weather here (90% humidity) though the year! I am glad it is getting a unique voice now. This is a EarTrumpetLab, Delphina mic. Yes I am using just this one mic here.
That's quite a life journey for the mandolin but it's bearing up well. And yes, has your unique voice.
We have 80% humidity here but usually accompanied by somewhat cooler temperature. :-)

oh you are in Scotland! I wonder if you know Dagger Gordon from Inchindown, I believe he is in the forum. Was lucky to visit him in 2019 during our holiday to England! We managed to go to a hootenanny too
Yes, I've met Dagger here in Aberdeen a few times when he was running workshops.
In a previous life I played tenor banjo in a Pogues tribute band one night at Hootananny pub in Inverness!
Bren
What a great video and performance by you both! Thanks for posting that Diptanshu!
