Default Help with 19XX Gibsons F5

    Hello everyone,

I’m hoping you guys can help me out. I have the opportunity to purchase a mandolin on eBay for much cheaper than the advertised price but still a good chunk of money. The problem is most of what I read on them is negative. I understand that every mandolin is different but what I’m concerned about is the resale. Not looking to make money but not looking to lose money either. Any information or advice anyone could give would be appreciated!

I would say that mandolin is overpriced by at least $6000

Since the location of the seller on eBay is about 20 minutes from the IP address in the OP this thread is being closed. We believe eBay account owner and this post are from the same individual.

Yes it is about 20 minutes away. That’s why I have the opportunity to purchase it much cheaper, because it would be a local sale.

That’s what I was afraid of. Thanks for the advice.
