GHS uses a 10.5 on their pure nickel strings. Set N250 is 10.5-39.

I purchase 10.5 loop end singles from GHS and D'Addario. I believe that Curt Mangan offers them also.
You can probably ask for 10.5 when you do a custom gauges set with Mapes.

I've been putting together string sets for years, using the bulk ball-end strings from JustStrings. I have to cut or crush the balls out, but the ball-end strings have the most choices, including plain .0095, .0105 and .0115, and .018PB phosphor-bronze wound.

I have more than a few mando instruments in special tunings, including my 14" scale length mandolins tuned to mandola CGDA, and I usually average less than $5 USD per 8-string set when I pit them together myself.
NFI, of course.
Curt Mangan offers single strings most all gages, loop or ball.
