Current prices for a Boseman Flatiron 1N

I have a chance at a Flatiron 1N in pretty good condition, but I don’t have any idea about what the dollar value is. It has no seam separations and some finish crazing/cracking on the top. The neck is good and the action is low. I already know how good they are. I had one way back in the late 70’s. I just don’t know if the price is right. Thanks
