Saving a Finale file to mandolin format or ABC format

Two questions for Finale users:

Is it possible to save a Finale file to mandolin tablature format?

If not, is it possible to save a Finale file to ABC format?

It is possible to put into mandolin tab. If you go into the help section you can find it. Is is easier to do in the beginning when you are in the setup wizard. If you can't figure it out touch base again and I can do it step by step when I am near the computer.
