    Recently stumbled upon this old recording from 2011, a re-imagining of RH Boy and My Maggie. Can't believe my fingers used to move that fast.

    Thanks, interesting and nice playing.

    Here’s a version I recorded a while back.
    I was in a phase where every tune I learned had to be in harmonic minor (as well). Some of the tunes sounded awful, it depended a lot on the original mode of the tune. Another deciding factor was whether the tune had any movement around the major seven.
    But some, the more pentatonic ones, did sound pretty good (it’s personal )
