Excellent job, on both instruments! And it's very impressive that you seem to be playing both parts from memory.
Nice to hear this piece again— I used to play guitar on all this repertoire. Paganini's trios are also great stuff, but you'll need a mandola and a mandocello.
One niggly little point: are you playing e natural for e# around 4:40 (on guitar)?
