There’s a great story of Julian bream, the great guitarist, giving a seminar and at the end one of the students says, ‘sure you have great tone, but you’ve got a great instrument. How do I get great tone on mine? You can’t.’

Bream of course played that students and every students guitar and got great tone on all of them.

I apologize in advance but I have not read thru this thread entirely.

Has any mention been made of the OP recording his sound
for an appraisal from a different perspective?
