Hey all looking for suggestions on a tailpiece and neck brace for this little guy I just picked up.

Do you know what make this is? I am not too sure what you mean by neck brace. Maybe the metal piece that sets the neck to the correct angle on the dowel stick?

Here is the endpiece on my new Harley Benton banjolele. It would be easy to make yourself

I think he is addressing that question to the OP. His is an open back and he is looking for the neck attachment hardware.

Pic of the instrument's back showing the neck attachment would be helpful.
Bob Smakula in Elkins WV is a specialist in banjo parts, including vintage gear. Here's the relevant part of his website. Worth checking out, IMHO.
