I should buy one of the shirts. I have a well loved 1930’s Strad-O-Lin.

You should be all for it. Some of us don't have a Collings case to stand behind to distract people's attention!

I don’t have the urge to buy one as I don’t have (and can’t ever remember seeing a real) Stradolin. I do, however, have a TAMCO teeshirt which I suspect could have become a collectors item!

The newest catnip mandos will be Cat-O-Lins. Woops, let the cat out of the bag

I played a resonator mandolin up at Jake's yesterday, and it was super fun. So loud and melodious

I was thinking about that one, and told Jake about it. The one I played was a newer one, though, with a walnut body. He had one awaiting repair that looked like the bullet hole mando without the hole, though, and it had a welded tailpiece

    I love the design.

It kind of reminds me of an old Schmergel Devastator t shirt I have but it's buried somewhere in my dresser and I can't find it.

Yeah, wooden-bodied ones are much sweeter, and also kinder to the ears. Also, the bullet hole one needed a weld on the tailpiece.

Went overboard and got a t-shirt, baseball jersey and sweatshirt. All high quality and great printing. Very satisfied.

I have to share any kudos with Avalanche Screen Printing in Hooksett, NH. They did a fantastic job with a somewhat tricky, mostly hand-drawn design. Print on demand can be pretty cool, but IMHO, hand-done silk screen, done well, rules.
