Mandolin Magazine Back Issues

I'm hoping someone can help me. I'm going through these back issues of Mandolin Magazine and I seem to be missing a couple. Can someone tell me who is on the follow issue's cover?

Missing:

• Premier Issues - Summer 1999
• Fall 2000
• Winter 2000
• Winter 2001
• Summer 2003

Not sure why they start labeling the Winter xxxx/xxxx kind of messed up the flow.

I don't have any issues from 2012, 2013 and 2014. I thought I had a subscription, but maybe it lapsed or something before it folded? Who knows.

Likely you can determine from their archives. Believe Grisman was the cover photo on the first issue. I believe from compiling all of this a long time ago that the first article of each issue was the featured musician. Otherwise someone with all the issues would need to answer.

Vol 2 covered the year 2000
Spring, summer, and fall are numbered Vol 2. No. 1-3 respectively. Vol 2. No 4 is dated Winter 2001 - Sam Bush is on cover.
