Yes, I've been reeling from this news all afternoon. It's so sad. She had so much soulfulness. Stevie Nicks had the looks that grabbed so much attention, but Christine McVie had the heart, mind, and soul that appealed to me and kept my attention. She was the true heart and center of the band. She truly was perfect. RIP, Songbird.

RIP, Christine. You are already missed!

Touch the music put there by the summer sun and wind
The rhythms of the rain, locked within the rings
And let your fingers find The Music in the Wood."

When I first heard her in a Fleetwood Mac LP I wondered about the change. By that album’s end I was digging to find more information about her. She quickly became the soul of the band and the rock on which they were built. R.I.P. Christine [Perfect] McVie. And my deepest thanks for what you left for us.
Finished my rookie year and still determined to learn!
