Too bad that the original book is pretty much out of print. Strange to publish an addendum to a book that is no longer available. You would think they'd make more money by selling the first book or even offer the two bundled to some folks who may not have known about the first one.

Well, they're working on another printing of the first book. And I actually did get a bit of a deal buying both

If you hit "Buy Now" at the website, and proceed toward checkout, you get a message that it is backordered. I emailed and then spoke to Ron at the publisher's by phone. There are a few copies left from the current printing; so unless it's been updated since the other day, the online inventory is not correct. I bought a copy of each over the phone and am expecting them any day now.

For someone who wants Volume One of the book this purports to be a new copy at an okay price:https://www.ebay.com/itm/17553735780...Bk9SR4r7ysesYQ
