Default Help Identifying photo in Ian Tyson Video

Been trying to add another Ian Tyson song, Cowboy Pride, to my song list and started watching this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G07xgAuDYZo
Was wondering about the image of shirtless guitar player and grizzly bear which occurs at 37 seconds in and is repeated a couple of times in the video.
Tried Googling it and came up empty so I thought I would see if anyone, in the incredible bank of knowledge that is the Café community, knew anything about it.
Just a slight heads up, if you google "shirtless guitar player" and "Cowboy Pride" you might get some "interesting" images.
    Thanks Jim

OK, I will answer my own question in case anyone was interested. Looks like it came from Episcopal Church of the Transfiguration Of Vail site https://episcopalvail.com/wp-content...t-22983390.png

Just something about it I liked.

I'm assuming Lyle Lovett wrote this after hearing Ian's song. I had no idea about the image.

That's just a typical Canadian scene. The video isn't an official one. I suspect that "shirtless buddy wit' the guitar," as Newfoundlanders would say, has anything to do with Ian Tyson or the recording. I don't think that he was ever seen after the photo was taken. The cat came back though.

Oops, I'd forgotten that you discovered the source, JimKo (Post #2).

The matter is settled, but just so passersby can see at a glance the source of inspiration for this thread:

This oft-misquoted observation from Congreve is more accurately presented here, even with a missing "e":

I vaguely recall seeing your image before, but can't place it. Googling "guitar bear" turned up a ton of irrelevant images. This is my favorite:

The caption reads: New York. May 16, 1921. The Metropolitan Opera soprano Yvonne d'Arle and friend.

It's important to understand the difference between "breast" and "beast" in this proverb. We've lost many musicians who got it wrong.
