Default JS Bach for Mandolin by Robert Bancalari

Hi everyone, I'm new to classical mandolin and just got the book JS Bach for Mandolin. I'm working through the book and had a question on "Marche" (page 7). In measure 19 the standard notation indicates a C# should be played but the tab shows to play fret 3 (C natural) and I was just wondering if anyone could confirm which is correct? This is one of the pieces in the book that is on the accompanying recording so (after listening to it) I'm pretty sure it's C# but figured it couldn't hurt to verify. Thanks!

I love that book, but it’s also super annoying cause it doesn’t tell you what tunes these are. This one is BWV 122 (not actually written by Bach). You can see that it’s a C# right here
